Years of real experience in all facets of video production.
Interested in television and film from a young age, Josh first became involved in broadcasting as a student reporter at Mason High School. Then, he set out to the University of Cincinnati where he was involved in multiple facets of broadcasting-- directing sports radio, doing radio play-by-play, and sports reporting on student run news shows.
After earning his BFA in Electronic Media from the University of Cincinnati, Josh pursued his writing career hoping to become a news producer. While he was lucky enough to be a part of local NBC-affiliate, WLWT, the passion for sports broadcasting kept calling. Josh enjoyed over five years as a Production Specialist for Cincinnati's ICRC-TV, specializing in live video production, live directing, non-linear editing, project management, camera operation and on-air appearances for both sporting and non-sporting events. He also enjoys the daily opportunities to supervise and teach interns that help with productions. Josh has worked as a video and audio specialist for a March First Brands, a conglomerate of breweries, since 2022 where he directed and produced his first feature-length film.
Outside of his current position, Josh values staying in practice and learning new techniques. Josh volunteers for other local stations, produces video packages as a freelancer, records his own local sports podcast and writes as a contributor for various local sports blogs. Josh is born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and is an avid enthusiast of music and golf.
